What happens to my project pages and performer account when I cancel my subscription?

Hi,

I am hoping to cancel my monthly subscription as I will not be using IMDbPro for at least a few months. I do plan to reclaim my page at some point when I start performing again, and I might reactivate my subscription even sooner if that is needed to create a page for a new short film I produced.

Will I be able to reclaim my artist page upon reactivation? Also, will the short film/project pages I’ve created in the past be deleted or kept in place while my subscription is inactive?

Mwood: Any pages for films/television shows/etc. will remain exactly if they are if you cancel your IMDbPro account. They won't be deleted.

As to your individual name page, if you cancel your IMDbPro account, your chosen images and demo reels will be taken down from your page.

Also if you cancel, you will no longer get to choose your main occupation or your "known for" credits -- the IMDb algorithm will select them for you. Certain self-verified information would also be removed from your name page.

On the other hand, your verified credits and filmography will remain listed as usual regardless of whether you cancel your subscription.

See https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/your-account/what-happens-when-i-cancel-or-downgrade-my-imdbpro-membership/G44C4UXLCMW5CPEZ# for more details.

You should be able to reclaim your name page if you renew your subscription. Furthermore, if you renew your subscription within 12 months after cancellation, your photos and demo reel should be restored by the following day.
