Unable to verify my sag status -attached to another account
Hi there, I got a notice that my IMDBpro membership was about to expire and the credit card I had on file was expired. I changed the credit card and thought everything was good. A day later I was unable to access my account. It said I need to renew my membership through amazon . I did renew with Amazon which has a different email and I believe by doing that I created a whole new account. I m still able to access my original account which I've had for 20years but I am unable to Verify my sag status which says that it is attached to another account. I'v tried to read about deleting that account and putting the original email in. I now have two accounts -One with all of my credits and another which has nothing. They both have my name with different identifying numbers in parenthesis .Very confused . Your help would be great appreciated. Thanks so much
