Unable to claim my name page with Basic account...

I created a basic account to try and claim my name page and start building on it with other credits. The page must have been created by the production company I worked those credits for. I'm following the tutorial video on how to claim name page but do not see a "Claim Credit" or "Claim Page". Can I please be in touch with your Support team for clarity?
