Unable to add images even though I'm signed up for IMDBPro
Hi, I registered for IMDBPro last year and was unable to upload images even after my page was claimed. I deactivated and have since then reactivated my membership. I've been charged but I'm not able to add images. I can literally edit everything else besides adding images. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I've reviewed your IMDbPro Premium Membership and found no issues. Please first clear your browser history (cache & cookies) and if it still doesn't work, please try again with a different web browser.
For more information about this matter, please visit our help pages.
To update your photos while logged in to your membership, please go to your IMDbPro page. Then go to add an image, click on the gray icon box that says "Add Image".
If you are still facing the same issue, please provide us screenshots of what you see when you try to upload an image.
