Thumbnail Selection on Primary Video (Demo Reel)

Hello,

On the Video Editing page, I am provided one preselected thumbnail option for my Primary Video on my Page. I would like to change the thumbnail / slate image to an exact frame of the video file. I've noticed on another Forum, someone asked this exact same question and were asked to provide:

• The URL link of your name page

• The URL link of the demo reel you want to edit

• Let us know the exact minute and second of the image slate you want in your demo reel

I am happy to provide all of this. Can someone provide me with a way to do so?
