This is in regard to The Muppet Movie (1979) as listed on Box Office Mojo.

Since limited box office data is available from 1979, I understand that the data listed is spotty, which I accept. However, certain re-release information has been assigned to the wrong release of this film.

The release at https://www.boxofficemojo.com/releasegroup/gr3952562693/ is labeled as "2023 Re-release (45th Anniversary)". However, since The Muppet Movie was first released in 1979, its 45th anniversary would have been in 2024, not 2023. And, in fact, the only release date shown for the 45th anniversary release is in 2024 -- domestic on June 2, 2024. There is also an Australian release shown with no date, but it should be Sept. 5, 2024 (see https://www.boxofficemojo.com/weekend/2024W36/?area=AU at #90) -- and that would also qualify as part of a 2024 re-release for the 45th anniversary. So I recommend changing the name of the 45th anniversary re-release to "2024 Re-release (45th Anniversary)".

Similarly, the original 1979 release of The Muppet Movie has data for a single Domestic Day, a single Domestic Weekend, and a single Domestic Week listed at https://www.boxofficemojo.com/release/rl3429205505/ . But it's shown as its 16,626th day and 2,376th weekend and week in release. That's because that data reflects showings on December 27, 2024 -- not the original 1979 release.
