Technical Issue in Job Categories & Performer Skills Sections

There seems to be a glaring issue in the system and I've tried contacting support about it and they've been no help. When I go to edit my Job Categories and Performer Skills sections, there's two different checkboxes combined into a single one on each of them. In Job Categories there's an option for "Editing Producing" when obviously Editing and Producing are supposed to be separate, and the same with "Dancing Host" in Performer Skills when clearly Dancing and Host are separate things. I'm attaching screenshots circling and pointing an arrow to what I'm talking about. Is anyone else seeing this? It's clearly a mistake in the system.
