Search for people by education and background

I would like to be able to find someone by education and any other life experience they have outside the industry. Could you add this feature to the platform?

This is incredibly useful if you're working on a science fiction film and need people with STEM backgrounds. Or maybe you're working on a crime drama and need people with criminal/police backgrounds. Obviously, people would choose if they're willing to disclose this information.
