Request to Remove Photos and Biography from My IMDb Page

Hello,
My name is Halit Ergenç, and I am contacting you regarding my IMDb page and IMDbPro account.
I have tried repeatedly to edit and manage my page, but unfortunately, I have not been able to make the necessary changes.
Over the years, many photographs have been uploaded to my page on my behalf or by third parties. I would like to remove these images and upload new, updated photographs that properly represent me and my current work. I kindly request that all photos currently associated with my page be removed, with the exception of my current primary photo.
In addition, the biography currently displayed on my page is extremely long and contains inaccurate or outdated information. I have submitted corrections several times, but none of my attempts have been approved. I therefore kindly request that the existing biography be removed so that I can submit a new, accurate, and up-to-date version.
I have worked extensively on international productions and am a well-established actor in my country. For this reason, I am disappointed that my IMDb page does not properly reflect my professional career or present an accurate and current profile.
I have also become a paying IMDbPro member specifically because I would like to have better control over my professional profile. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in helping me manage my page properly, remove the outdated content mentioned above, and replace it with accurate and current material.

Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, the solution you suggested is exactly what I have been trying to do for almost two months without success.
What I don't understand is this: why should I be tagged in images without my consent in the first place? IMDb is a professional platform. I should have the right to decide whether I want to be associated with a photograph or not. Just because someone uploads a photo of me, or a still from a production, should not automatically give them the right to tag me without my approval.
I respectfully disagree with the policy that says a tag cannot be removed simply because I appear in the image. I am the owner of my professional profile, and I should have control over how it is presented.
I have spent nearly two months trying to clean up my page, yet I have made no progress. I am simply asking you to remove these secondary images from my gallery so that my IMDb page looks clean, professional, and represents me in the way I choose.
I also became an IMDbPro member because I believed I would have control over my own professional profile. If other people can continue to add content to my page without my approval while I cannot remove it, then I do not consider that to be real control over my own profile.
Please escalate this matter to someone who has the authority to resolve it. I am not asking for anything unreasonable—I am only asking to have control over my own professional page and the images displayed in my gallery.
I appreciate your assistance and look forward to a meaningful solution.
