Renew IMDbPro with SAG-Aftra 30% discount

Hello, I am trying to renew my IMDbPro account with the SAG-Aftra 30% discount, but the steps I followed from the SAG-Aftra portal aren't working. I am wondering if it's because my IMDb and SAG-Aftra email address is different from my Amazon email address and somehow Amazon is connected to IMDb too, altho I have no clue how? Hmmph. Help please and thank you!
