Hello, I accidentally forgot to cancel my free trial before it ended, and I was charged. I cannot afford this subscription and have no intention of using it. I am requesting a full refund. On imbdpro can somebody please help me the amount they cut is big im in south africa it's almost R3000 it's half my rent my please somebody help me get a refund

I tried to contact imbd pro yesterday they said they will respond in 24 hours they never respond as yet im soo stressed out i can't even sleep it's half my rent money. Please someone help me please 🙏 😢
