Hello @JimGucciardo,
I see that the name page you mention is claimed under an inactive IMDbPro membership. You will need an active IMDbPro Premium Subscription to display and manage photos.
You can find out more on IMDbPro memberships in our help guide.
You can renew your membership on the IMDbPro sign up page. Under the "Log In" dropdown, select "Log in with Amazon" and follow the on-screen instructions.
