Name page no longer gets free random title photo reassigned to profile after leaving IMDbPro, as it should happen per IMDb policy

@Kristin​ That's irrelevant, when you cancel the paid pro, it downgrades to the free version and the photos uploaded from pro get lost. But the IMDb policy is to select a new profile picture from the free ones uploaded to the title page of a movie, where the person is tagged. Yet now they refuse to apply this policy to force people to buy pro. 

She emailed support again and explained, yet she received a totally irrelevant second reply about the fact that she can't keep her pro headshots, as if she doesn't already know that. 

@AdrianTofei​ Thanks for explaining. I have heard from others that said when they cancelled their Premium, they don't have IMDbPro Basic either (but that was some time ago), so was wondering if there was a different between no subscription and Basic.

@Jon​ Hi, Jon, I am aware of your communication with her, but here's what's not making sense:

1. I've uploaded all the images to the movie's page in the exact same way, via scorecard. 
2. Here's an archived view of her name page in 2022, when she did not have a paid pro account, and her profile photo is one of the same pictures uploaded currently to the movie's page: https://web.archive.org/web/20220930161119/https://www.imdb.com/name/nm7823740/
3. Cast members Andreea Enciu and Danha Yunes never had paid pro accounts and they have as profile pictures stills from the same movie uploaded by me via scorecard in the exact same way as I uploaded stills with Duru Yucel. 

Same about my first movie Be My Cat: A Film for Anne - all the cast members have profile photos assigned among the stills uploaded by me to the movie's page. And the same for We Put the World to Sleep initially. The only time a photo was not assigned anymore is after Duru joined the paid pro, and then canceled.

Which is really dishonest and unfair, you're applying this discretionary, people who never paid for pro get a free profile photo by default among the stills they're tagged in, but the moment someone pays for pro and uploads a headshot, you're no longer returning to the free still after they cancel, to force them to rejoin, otherwise they're left with no picture. 

I understand you need to make money as a website, but this discretionary application of your own policy is unethical and unfair, you're abusing exactly the people who do pay from time to time (when they can afford) to have pro.

Duru paid for pro for the last 3 years, and now that she canceled, why would you punish her by not even restoring the same old film still she had before having pro?
