My Pro Subscription is gone
Hello there,
I have a weird issue here, switched to a new phone and now when I log into my imdb pro account I cannot access any pro functions. It says imdb pro only..
I don't understand what's happening.. logged in via imdb as well as amazon..
My subscription was activated last year. Now all gone without having canceled.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please make sure you are logged in with the email address registered to your IMDbPro Premium account in the IMDbPro App. If you are absolutely sure that you are logging in with the correct email address, then I recommend uninstalling the IMDb App and reinstalling it again.
