Lost access to my IMDbPro account - Urgent help needed!

Dear community, I deleted my Amazon account a few weeks ago for security reasons. I then realized that I couldn’t log into my IMDbPro account anymore. I haven’t been able to contact the IMDb team at all, have tried many different ways, even via Amazon customer support which didn’t work either. I now have another Amazon account with the same email address that I am using for IMDb but my IMDbPro access is completely blocked, it keeps saying that it is linked to another Amazon account and it doesn’t give me the option to pay for a renewal, which isn’t even due! I’m an actor and really need my account back asap. Can anyone help me here please? Thank you Max

Hello @MaxBef, Please note that it is currently not possible to create or renew an IMDbPro membership without having previously linked an Amazon account, as all payments are now done through Amazon Wallet, for a more secure payment process. If your IMDb account had a linked Amazon account and you deleted your Amazon account, this caused the immediate cancellation of your IMDbPro membership. If you wish to renew your IMDbPro membership, you need to unlink your deleted Amazon account and link the new one, even if it is an Amazon account with the same email address as the deleted Amazon account. In order to unlink the deleted Amazon account you need to log in to your IMDb account, then you can unlink your account and link your new Amazon account to renew. Do you have access to your IMDb account? If so, please login to your IMDb account and unlink your Amazon account. To sign in, use the "Sign in with IMDb" option. If you have forgotten your password, you can have a special link to reset your password emailed to you by visiting our forgotten password page and entering the same email address you used to sign up for IMDb.
