I can't log into my IMDB pro account. I used Hotmail when I first signed up many years ago. Now my Hotmail account is no longer working. I am SAG and I was told that SAG members get a free membership. I need to change my email adress now and was told that I need to log in to do it. I need help.

In order to help you, you will need to contact our customer service. Please add in your message the e-mail address of the IMDb account you want to recover and the new e-mail address you want to use.
Regarding the free membership question, if your professional guild offers a discount for IMDbPro, please visit the members only section of your guild's website to obtain the discount code for your IMDbPro membership.
If you would like to apply your discount code to your next renewal, please go to Account Settings and select "Change promo code" to enter your discount code.
Once the discount is applied, it will take effect on your next billing date which will show at the top of the page.
