To find writers/directors (or people working in any other profession), start at the People menu at the top of every IMDbPro page — you can then use the menu on the left of this page to apply various filters. You can then visit the pages of the resulting names to locate the specific projects they have written/directed/etc. 

If you want to search by title, start at the Titles menu at the top of the page.  You can use the title-directed-by-female keyword in the plot keywords section there to find a list of female directed titles -> https://pro.imdb.com/discover/title?type=movie&sortOrder=MOVIEMETER_ASC&ref_=dsc_pe_nv_tt_tmm&pageNumber=1&plotKeywords=title-directed-by-female&earliestReleaseDateMin=2015-01-01
