#Known For Credits on company Home Page vs #Total Credits on Credits page
Does anyone know why on the Home Page of a company the number of "All Credits" is often massively different that the "Total Credits" on the Credits page? It seems these should be the same every time. But in many cases, I've found where the Known For # of credits might be 1241 while the total credits on the credits page is 70. This is not a one-off but for many companies. The Total Credits seems to be the accurate one based on the breakdown on that page, but where does this other number come from?
EXAMPLE: John Wells Productions company: https://pro.imdb.com/company/co0037310/filmography/?ref_=co_ov_all_credits
You see 914 known for credits, but 57 total credits on the credits page. Seems like they should be the same.

@smartgirl99 The difference is due to TV-episodes; 57 is the number of distinct titles counting the series as 1 title vs. the total credits count includes individual episodes within those TV-series.
Hope this helps.

Wow, thanks.... I was going to ask "are you positive that's it?" -- but seeing as you're the FOUNDER, I'm confident I can trust that answer! LOL! Nice to meet you. Thanks so much for the quick response and congrats on your endeavor! I was going to say you're the Bezos of the film biz, but Bezos already did, LOL, so again, congrats on the success and value of IMDB.
