Issue with page claiming and image upload error

​Hello,

​I am writing to ask for help regarding a page claim issue and a submission error.

​A few months ago, I submitted a claim request on IMDb Pro for the page of Rafaela Andrade (Actress | Director | Cinematographer). However, the status has been completely stuck on "Your page is being processed / Page claim in progress" for several months now.

​Because the claim is stuck, whenever I attempt to upload or update a profile picture, I receive a "Submission Error: Sorry we are unable to process your submission at this time" message.

​I reached out to customer support, but they directed me back to standard help links, which hasn't solved the issue.

​Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or could an IMDb staff member please take a look and help resolve this stuck claim status so I can manage the page?
