Hello @ron3,
The difference is that on the IMDb platform the results are filtered by people and titles separately. However, on IMDbPro, you can see on the left side of your screen that there are filters for "People", "Titles" and "Companies". If you click on people, you will see how Mötley Crüe becomes the first result as you can see here.
