I NEED ADD MY PHOTOS

I hope you are doing well.

I am experiencing an issue with my IMDbPro account and would appreciate your assistance.

I have an active IMDbPro subscription, and I sign in through my Amazon account. My Amazon account appears under the name Ozlem-44. I was able to upload a photo there, but I cannot add a profile photo to my main IMDb name page.

It seems that my IMDbPro account and my public IMDb name page are not properly linked, even though they both belong to me.

As an IMDbPro subscriber, I believe I should be able to manage my name page, including updating my primary profile photo. Could you please help me:

• Link my IMDbPro account to my main IMDb name page.

• Enable me to upload and manage my primary profile photo.

• Confirm that I have the correct owner access to my IMDb name page.

If you need any additional information to verify my identity or ownership of the page, I would be be happy to provide it.
