I have been requesting a name change for the past couple months !! Please Help

I’m reaching out regarding a pending name correction on my claimed IMDbPro page (which I've been paying for - for years!!).

I previously worked professionally under a stage name, but I have now discontinued use of that name and am returning to my legal and current professional name, but my request was declined. 

I have already submitted the appropriate Name Correction through my IMDbPro page and have contacted support regarding the issue, but the change has not yet been processed and I have not received a response. This has become time-sensitive because I am actively submitting for acting and entertainment-industry opportunities and need to provide my IMDb/IMDbPro page alongside my current professional materials. At the moment, the name displayed on IMDb does not match the name I am currently using professionally .

I am not requesting the creation of a new IMDb page or the removal of my existing credits. I simply need the primary name on my existing claimed page updated from my former stage name to my legal name while preserving any applicable former-name credit information in accordance with IMDb policy.

I would greatly appreciate it if a member of the IMDbPro support team could review the pending correction or advise me if any additional verification is required. I am happy to provide identification or documentation showing my legal name if helpful.
