I forgot to cancel my IMDB Pro trial

Hello,

I had a 30 days trial at IMDB Pro. But due to all the problems I have currently, I forgot to cancel it on time. It just slipped off my mind. And I was charged €155 or $158 on January 18.
Especially since the beginning of this year, I have a lot of stress, my father has colon cancer. I have been trying to help him with everything. If necessary, I can show the paper I got from the hospital proving his illness.
Please, try to understand me, try to put yourself in my position, I am a human being too, people forget to do things sometimes especially during stressful times. And besides, I am currently unemployed. This amount of money is really a big amount for me. I really really need it so much. I am not writing these things to make you feel sorry for me but to make you understand how important this money for me right now. 

As soon as I remembered that I had a trial at IMDB Pro, I signed in (on January 18) and canceled it but it was already too late. I am already depressed, please refund me the amount that I was charged. 
During this trial period which was 30 days, I didn't get to use IMDB Pro at all as I was so busy, as my mind was so occupied with problems. And in the end I forgot to cancel it also. The reason I signed up for the trial was because I kept receiving emails from IMDB suggesting me to try IMDB Pro for 30 days. If I had received an email a day or two before the trial ends, that I was going to be charged on January 18, I would have had the chance to cancel it on time. 

Please understand me, I know my mistake, please refund me. It is a big amount of money for me.
