I can not add a Profile Picture to my IMDB Pro Account

Hey everyone I have a problem that I am unable to add a profile picture to my IMDB Pro account. I tried already different browsers like Safari, Firefox and Chrome and all of them are not working. When I select the add Image Button a blank field appears or the browser claims it can not open it. I tried the app the same issue there as well. I am working on a mac book is there somebody with a similar experience and any advice what to do in that instance. Thank You

Please could you refer to the bullet points in this Help article for additional troubleshooting steps, particularly:

If the page didn’t load properly and the display of the page isn’t right, we recommend opening the same page in a private/incognito tab. If the display is correctly displayed in the private tab, we recommend clearing your browser cache and returning to IMDb.

Hey Ozzy,

I followed your advice by opening it in a private incognito tab and also deleted all my browser cache and cookies. Unfortunately, the issue still persists. Could it be a problem with my account itself? Thanks

If you're an IMDbPro Basic Member, you're unable to add images to your IMDb page. Please refer to our IMDbPro subscription guide for more information.

Yes, I know that, but I have the Premium Membership, so I should be eligible to upload pictures. When the blank page appears, it says contribute.imdb.com refused to connect. Maybe that helps. Thank you
