Help with Setting Up My IMDb Page

Hello.  I'm new to IMDb Pro.  I started a 5k 4 years ago called the Vampire Run.  It's based on The Vampire Diaries, Originals, and Legacies and we raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  It's based in Covington, GA (aka Mystic Falls, VA).  We joined IMDb Pro so we can get access to talent that we would like to be on or around the race route and supporting events.  I'm looking for guidance for how to set up our page.  This year (2023) we hired Jasmine Guy to be on the route as a photo spot and would like more next year.
