Help with new page controls

I can’t find a tutorial on removing birthdates on IMDb and when i try and do it from the edit page menu it says to go to the help desk…which doesn't really let you remove it. Anyone have a guide as to how this can be accomplished? It states to “claim your page” but my page has already been around for 45 years.

@Peter_pbn that website just takes you to a “claim your page” instructions which means you have to transfer and redo 45 years of information. I have almost 300 credits and it would take a week to transfer. If someone knows how to simply push a button and it all transfers over that would be great but I haven’t seen that. “Claim your page” just creates a new page for your name. It doesn’t remove the old page when producers search for your name.

You are supposed to claim the existing page, not create a new one. This is shown in the help page.
