Error when I try to claim my page - Name problem?

At first it on the onboarding page it kept giving me a generic error, then I tried to claim my page from my profile and it's like "we can't confirm your identity". I don't use my full name on projects, I go solely by my initials and this is how I'm credited on the existing project I have a credit for and it's how my IMDB page shows up. How does this work? My ID/bill to name doesn't match my initials because it's a whole name (the initials and last name are the same but apparently it doesn't care about that). Also I don't want you posting my driver's license photo or full legal name on my IMDB page for safety reasons but also because I don't use my first full name for any film work. Edit: I did get an email that my claim is being verified, it just went to my spam. I'll see what happens and update again.
