ERROR LOGGING IN

IMDB Pro started giving me an "error 503" message telling me to reload the page. I waited and reloaded. And waited and reloaded. No change. I tried to log in to access support (as I am a paying IMDB Pro member) but immediately upon logging in it went to the same "error 503" page. I need serious support from the IMDB team as this seems to be a legitimate server error linked to my account.

I am not able to recreate the exact experience you're seeing here, could you provide us with some additional details so we can look into this matter? Please could you share with us as many of the following details:

  • Your device model (e.g. Mac/Windows)
  • Your device OS (e.g. 26 Tahoe/ Windows 11)
  • Your browser and version (e.g. Safari 26, Chrome 145.0.7632.26 / .27
  • Is the issue also happening with other browser/devices?
  • Screenshot of the error
