Deleted Amazon account - lost IMDbPro
Hi,
I need help, this is what happened:
- I deleted my Amazon account for security reasons. The next day I realized my IMDbPro was gone. I couldn't log in or even send an e-mail to IMDb about it. I kept getting the 'error sending message...' on the IMDb help page.
- I opened a new Amazon account (using the same e-mail address as before) hoping this will solve the problem. Nothing happened regarding my IMDbPro. It was still gone and I couldn't log in.
- I tried renewing my IMDbPro membership (although it wasn't due) but now IMDb says that my IMDb account is already connected to another Amazon account (I suppose the deleted one).
What do I have to do to get my IMDbPro back? Please HELP!
