Declined submission

Can someone in authority examine this submission and explain why it’s being declined? What other evidence would be needed to change the incorrect actor to the correct one? This has been an ongoing issue. I was in touch with the incorrect actor who told me that even he had attempted to have the credit changed and it was declined. I don’t understand how you could have approved the correct actor for 41 episodes of the same series but then insist that another actor with the same name, 20 years younger and a different nationality played the part in the final episode.
