Credit Continutally Declined...

Hello,

I have submitted numerous credits in the past, with paystuf verification...no issues.  For some reason, I'm doing the same thing now for a series that is currently being filmed, and it keeps getting declined, and I have no idea why.  The 'decline' messages don't specify what rule(s) are being broken, and simply refers me to the entire tutorial on the "how-to", without pointing me to the specific issue.  Can someone please assist.  I have multiple to submit, but have now resorted to simply posting one to see if I can just get one to go through...but still no luck.  What is happening?
