contact form broken

Hi

The 'Select which topic you need help with' is blank underneath on the contact form for IMDB, meaning that the email button can't be pressed. I have a time sensitive query regarding IMDBPro and there is no other way to contact Customer Service. Please can you resolve? I have checked on Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
