Connections No shared titles or connections listed

I have a connection with a performer that is not showing up.  Everyone involved is showing up on the credits of our respective films, but yet the connection doesn't appear.  The actor I have a connection with is Texas Smith, the person connecting us is Sophie Barnes.  I worked with Ms. Barnes on a film entitled Matriarchs and Texas worked with Sophie on the film Mirona.
