Claiming page on IMDBPro

I've been trying to claim my page for weeks. On IMDB pro it says "We are now verifying your IMDb page claim which may take up to 24 hours. We will send you an email notice when ready". It has been saying that for awhile and I haven't received any updates. I have sent follow up emails and not received anything back despite being told once again that I will hear back within 24 hours, this is my last hope! I’m paying substantial money for my subscription and am disappointed so far.

I've done that 3 times now, spaced about 2 weeks apart and haven't even heard a response let alone a solution to my problem. Despite it saying I would hear back within 24 hours

The responses have been sent to your Amazon account email address, which is different from your IMDb account email address.
