Claim page

Been trying to claim a page and it says it’ll take 24 hours, but it’s been weeks and still says claim

page still in process. Paid the IMDb pro membership and till now can’t edit anything or update anything or add photos etc because it says claim page still in process. No customer service personnel to talk to. Sent email for help which says will respond within 24 hours but it’s been weeks.

@Jon​ it’s odd I’m not getting any of your emails. Sally said someone sent me an email yesterday and you just send the email today. When I go to the account, it shows the right email. Is there a spot where I can put the verification documentation you need?
