We are the manager of the celebrity called Aslı Kızmaz. The created account does not belong to us and we would like to edit and control the existed one. We couldn't reach the owner who created our celebrity's profile. The profile link is in the down below, can you check and give us a feedback about the problem.

Hello @alindasenol,

I confirm the name page you mentioned has not yet been claimed. To be able to edit and control the name page you will need to claim it. Also, consider that in order to claim a name page you will need an active IMDbPro membership.

Thank you for your answer, the page is not on our control, we couldn't find who or why they created our celebrity's page. If we activate the IMDbPro membership, can we deactivate the fake account or create a new verified one.

As the name page has not yet been claimed, no IMDb account has the control of the name page.

If you want to have the control over the name page, you will need an active IMDbPro membership. Do not worry about the IMDb account that created the name page because that account does not have the control of the name page.

If you create an IMDbPro Premium membership, you will be able to create a new name page or claim the one that already exist. If you create a new one, then you can merge it with the one that already exist. My recommendation is, do not create a new one since a name page has already been created, you only need to claim it and you will have control over it.
