Changing Profile Name

When I last asked this question, IMDb said I had to have credits under my preferred name before they would change my profile name. Well now my director (Thompson Productions) has submitted my credits under my preferred name, and it is still showing under my current profile name.  I want one profile with my preferred name in the main heading while retaining all the details & credits & links already added to my existing profile. How do I do this???
