cancel a trial account

I started an IMDB Pro monthly account and want to cancel it before the renewal date of Aug 28,2024. I can't access the account when I try to log in. How can I cancel it?

In order to help you with your request, I recommend you to contact our customer service.

If you have forgotten your password to your IMDbPro membership, please visit the login page.

Under the "Log In" drop down menu, select the "Sign with IMDb" and then "Forgot Your Password?".

Enter the email address registered to your IMDbPro membership and select "Continue". You'll be emailed a special link which you can click to update your password.
