Amazon account Switching & Sign-in issues

Hi Jon, thank you for your response. I reached out to the customer service team yesterday. Just another general inquiry, what happens if we unlink an IMDb Pro account from the Amazon account it is registered with?

Will that IMDb account be lost or deleted once unlinked? 

Can it be linked to a new Amazon account? Thank you!

That depends on the type of account you have. Some IMDbPro accounts can be unlinked from the Amazon account (after canceling the membership) and others currently do not have that option. That is why, I recommend you to contact customer service from your account and they will tell you whether or not it is possible. 

On the other hand, take into consideration that it is necessary to link an Amazon account to create or renew an IMDbPro membership. It is not possible to create or renew an IMDbPro account without first linking an Amazon account.
