Add Thumbnail Slate image to my Demo Reel

Hi,

I wanted to add a thumbnail slate image to my demo reel. I noticed for some reason that there is only 1 choice that is provided after I uploaded my video. In the past there have been many Slate Images to choose from. Here are the requested URLs (I saw some of the responses to other members who have experienced the same issue) in order to have my own selected thumbnail added.

Note: If you can please select the image starting at 00:54 seconds (Wild West Chronicles Scene). I believe it's exactly before it changes from 00:54 to 00:55 seconds. When my mouth is closed - not open. At the 00:55 second mark the scene changes so it's right before that.

Thank you, Michelle! I appreciate it! Also, I changed that video to make it my Primary Video - I thought that meant it would replace the video that is currently next to my photo when you log onto IMDB. However, that didn't happen. How do I switch out the video that appears there now to the one you just helped me with. Or do you / someone in IMDB support have to do that? Thank you! I appreciate your help with this!

As you are an active IMDbPro member, you can manually choose which video appears as the featured video on your page. For detailed instructions on how to change your primary video, see the section "Can I change the video appearing next to my headshot on my page" on our Help Guide.

Follow those steps and let us know if you encounter any issues!

Hi Michelle, it's possible that my previous attempt at changing my primary video didn't work because it wasn't saved. I just tried it again and it says it will take 24 hrs to appear on my page. So hopefully that works.

You're welcome. It may take some time for the change to go through the system, so yes, wait 24 hours, if you don't see your page updated by then, let us know and our staff can take a look.

@jimmyV - thank you again for raising this, our team is actively working on a fix so that future uploads will have multiple slate image available for review selection like we did previously. We're hoping to have this out by next week.
