Tom: First, get yourself credited on the page for the project. This doesn't specifically have to do with your user account, other than the fact that you will have to be logged in to submit the information. Since you have no credits listed on IMDb yet, if you enter yourself as Richardson, Tom you will get a message like the following: The name 'Richardson, Tom' is not currently in the database. We have these suggestions :- followed by a list of about 20 other people named Tom Richardson. Near the bottom of the list, there will be an option for "This is a different person not currently listed - create 'Richardson, Tom (XXXV)'." (Or possibly a different roman numeral, but it will definitely be for "a different person not currently listed".) Choose that option and proceed from there. Allow a few days for your credit to be processed. Once it has been processed, try the IMDbPro account creation again. I hope this helps. Good luck!
