When will we be able to follow other users?
It would be splendid, and also give a sense of communit, if we could follow other users and also visit their profile through the app. I feel that it would add a lot of value to the user community.

I think it would be a good idea for IMDB to enable a capability where I can share my lists with other account holders that I choose. That way they can see the movies on my watchlist for example and we could know if we want to watch something together. Other things could be specifically shared too like interests when they are added. I can see Reviews are set up so you can show them publicly which is fine, but having a way to share things beyond just a rating number with other accounth holding friends might be something of value as well.

I was talking to my friend recently, giving them my ratings of movies, and they were like "where do you keep all these ratings", and I mentioned the IMDB app. They said awesome they wanted to make an account and follow mine to view my ratings and watchlist and we realized you cant do that on IMDB. I guess that mechanism is available to Letterboxd users but I don't want to transfer all my ratings (700+) to that new website. I think IMDB would benefit form more user to user interaction capabilities. You don't need like a newsfeed or anything like that but if people already make accounts, why not allow people to follow each other?
