Used Facebook to login, but the old email address that was on Facebook is no longer used

So, I created an IMDb account more than a decade ago, linked to Facebook.  The email address that was stored with Facebook at the time was obvisously then stored in IMDb and never updated when I updated my Facebook details (I guess the App only wrote the email address on account creation and never updated IMDb).

So, now IMDb no longer allows you to use FB to log in, I want to access my account, but I no longer have access to the email address I had a decade ago.

The support article says you should just create a new account, but this means I'll lose access to hundreds and hundreds of movies and TV shows I've rated over the decade, not to mention lists, etc.  Is there no way to get access to my account?
