"Tragedy" genre for films

I noticed recently that the genre category "tragedy" was added on a number of films. Is it possible to remove this OR give an option to hide this? In many cases these are movies where the main character dies. And given that that isn't always known going into it, it's like an instantaneous spoiler.

More than once now I have watched a film after looking it up on here and spent the entire duration knowing the plot would lead to a tragic ending, that otherwise would've been surprising, or at the very least, an uncertain conclusion.

Please consider toggling or removing this.
