Recover my account after Facebook login not an option anymore

I registered on IMDb years back with an old e-mail (I don't have access anymore), a few years back I opted for Facebook login. A few days ago I noticed that I was not logged in on my desptop, that's when I found out abot Facebook login not beeing on option anymore. I followed the steps to change my password, but the e-mail never came, I checked my spam folder, as suggested on another tread, but nothing there.

Funny thing is, I'm still logged in on my phone via Android App, so I know my User ID, but can't change anything from there.

Is there an option to recover my account?

It would be a shame to loose a watchlist with 1700+ titles on it.
