Ratings by seasons for TV series
Hello,
Would you please consider making a rating per season for the series and not only for the individual episodes. As TV series quality varies from season to season, it would be great to rate whole season and not individually episode by episode.
E.g. I can rate a whole TV series, but some seasons were better, some not, and average rate would be misleading sometimes.

Surely you could just look at the list of averages of the episodes and make your own decision. Also i presume if you started watching a series you'd watch them all anyway even if there was a bit of a dip. Good idea in theory but even some bad seasons have great episodes so I think just having a rating per episode works best especially since you get an explanation of what the episode is about so you can judge if you want to watch it out not. Also you may like low rated episodes others don't like so having lots of figures to think about isn't always a good thing. Some films have poor or very average ratings and be you favorite films.

There are some shows which are quite good in the first few seasons but get awful in last seasons, and it would be better to have possibility to rate whole season rather than series or episodes

Because of the reasons/factors mentioned in the above post, I think it's nonsensical to have people voting for a TV series comprising of tens or even hundred hours of media! The TV Series ratings provided by users should be season specific, and then what could be done is to take some kind of average of ratings of all seasons and display it on the overall/whole TV Series page.

I wholehearted agree that TV series should be rate-able by season, but I dont think it should replace episode rating.

- show
- season
- episode

Is it possible to rate certain Seasons of Series? IF YES, then HOW?
Maybe im stupid, but lets take this for example:

Where do i have to click? Or can i really just vote for certain Episodes? Cause thats too much work for me.. I almost loved voting for Seasons on other Sites, cause then i can do some math and see the overall Rating.
Would be really nice if some nice Person could help me! =)
