Rate series by season
I would be interested to see rating by seasons for TV series.
Series like True Detective or Fargo with seasons that are not really following each other could benefit from that.
Is there a reason this is not done already?

Probably because a Season does not have a page on IMDb. It's merely a filter on the Episode page.
