Public lists aren't public

Every list I make as "Public" isn't actually Public.  This is way viewers besides myself see. This list is not public The creator of this list has not enabled public viewing I have tried setting the list private and back to public, and creating new lists. Nothing works.  I currently only want to these to be Public - https://www.imdb.com/list/ls524447068/ https://www.imdb.com/list/ls007865974/but there may be more in the future. 1)  Can someone fix that list so that it is Public?  2) Is there a fixable issue with my account that is causing "public" lists to show as private?
