More Like This filtering out watched films

I've noticed films I've marked as watched are no longer being included in the More Like This recommendations. For me, this significantly reduces the usefulness of the feature, as a quick glance at this on a film's page often helped me decide on how interested I was in watching it. Is there any way to adjust the settings to not filter out Watched films?

At the moment in the "More like this" section I see illogical and incomprehensible options.

Example: for "Friday the 13th" movie I see "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors", "LaBouche Canalla Wins Her Snack", "Three Mirrors Creature's Flashes of Flesh" TV Mini Series and so on. I don't see any official sequel "Friday the 13th" franchize (

Same for "Annabelle: Creation" movie and so on.

For already watched films, you could go to the section and select films that had not yet been watched, and now everything is new there. It's very uncomfortable (((

Please return "More like this" section as it was before.

@denissix Thanks for the problem report. This was a feature being tested with only a subset of customers. Based on the feedback, we have stopped the experiment while we determine better options to balance between seen and unseen titles appearing in “More Like This.”

Example: I reviewed for one movie 7 out of 12 recommendations. In “More Like This” section of this film, I now see 12 unseen titles. Choosing movies to watch with the section is very inconvenient.

For the last couple of days, when I look up a movie, the 'More Like This' section just shows a generic, random, selection of movies from the last 2-3 years as opposed to movies that are related to the movie I'm looking up.

Is there a known issue here? Is there some way to get the site to show me less generic movies and more movies that are, well, more like the movie I'm looking up?

I'm currently using the feature to build up a watch list as I watch movies, so I'm glad a solution is being worked on.

@ArtofAlmost It is all related; there have been some changes and experiments with the "More Like This" feature which are being updated / undone as there are problems with the new approach. Once we report it has been fixed here, then we can see if the new approach works better in your case too.

Yea, the more like this is closer to fixed, at least for some films. Sometimes I'm still getting generic movies that have nothing to do with the film, sometimes films that are related, and sometimes I don't get a more like this section show up at all.

Slightly frustrating because I was building a "To-Watch" list using the More Like This feature, and it has been 2 weeks of it being broken.

But, progress seems to be being made, so that's good.
