Logged in using facebook and now lost access to my email

I signed up for imdb a long time back using facebook. The email address linked via Facebook has since been deleted since I use a different one now. I was signed out of the imdb account and now can't log in since I do not have the email address and Facebook login is no longer allowed. I have about 1600+ ratings and 600+ titles in my watchlist. I desperately want to recover the account and if not then atleast get access to my watchlist. Can somebody help me out with this?
